Leadership Concept: Every Manager Must Have!

There are many definitions of leadership, some of them mediocre, some seem controversial, partly imperfect because incomplete but excessively complicated.

It is not surprising that beliefs about who the leaders and what it does is reflected in the definitions used a leadership expert named Peter F Drucker, stating that all the leaders only had one thing in common, is that the followers.

By developing a minimalist definition of the leader as "someone who has followers", Drucker then able to identify the main role of leadership, the point is that the effective leader creates followers, that are willing to learn and follow the guidance it provided.

By understanding this, future leaders will be able to focus their efforts to learn what they need to do to attract followers.

There is one character that must be owned in effective leadership, which is "strong ambition", so all that effective leaders have a strong desire to his organization, in order to achieve optimal potential, willing to sacrifice in order to achieve its objectives.

One example is that General Electric had a leader named Jack Welch who has a strong ambition to optimize the potential of its business with the goal to carry out the work assigned to him, and it turns out she can successfully generate output that is ideal in the form of higher profit, market share growth is good, product quality, service innovation client / consumer, blue chip stocks, as well as the development of tablespoons, and is a respected company in the United States.

With success, as described above, it can be said that Jack Welch has successfully become a "leader who effectively", which is supported by the courage do change by not maintaining the status quo, can achieve something that was difficult to achieve, it can be achieved in the form of success in aspects business, at the same time managed to create tbsp (read: the manager) is a professional of his subordinates.
