17 Tips to Overcome Stress in Life and at Work
Stress is a state of the soul of the most popular in this century. Try to remember back to how many people you meet say that they are experiencing stress or perhaps you yourself are experiencing?
Stress is not a disease, but if you cannot handle it in a certain time, you will be exposed to many health problems.
Some time ago I read an article that said:

Previously I would say a few major things that can cause stress in the workplace:
- The working conditions are always under pressure
- Unclear tasks assigned
- Demand of goods is very high
- Lack of planning work
- The threat among employees
- Shouts and insults consumers
- Co-workers are always disturbing
- Physical discomfort, such as the sound of the engine is noisier, less ventilation etc.
- And worst of all, the absence of improvements to address the issues above.
These things can cause physical and mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, nervous, unable to focus for a long time and prolonged fatigue.
If there are things above what you feel.... hmmm, I think you need to immediately change your daily activities both at work and in your life as a whole.

1. Plan your activities well: what, why, how, when and who is responsible for the tasks. It's important to plan not only long-term but also short-term (monthly plan, daily plan).
2. Surely you in the past have experienced problems in the workplace. Try to remember back there any ways that you can use to troubleshoot problems that you face today.
3. Follow builds a pleasant working environment, by being open and communicating with co-workers.

1. Do body massage, because it can be excellent for relaxation and normalization of blood pressure. After body massage, you will experience an improvement in sleep quality is certainly better will restore your exhaustion.
2. Get regular exercise is very important in combating stress. Exercising will mobilize our muscles, accelerate blood flow and open up the lungs for more oxygen. The impact you will get a more restful sleep and better health.
3. Make your hobbies, such as fishing, hiking or whatever you like. You can also do an adventure that you've never experienced before like rafting suppose.

7. Sex is healing very well for relieving stress. Many doctors say that sex is a remarkable way to reduce anger and stress.
8. When your body is tired, it is not easy for us in controlling stress. Not getting enough sleep affects our whole day, and usually, we have a bad day because of lack of sleep because we cannot concentrate and see a problem worse than it should be. Sleep is good for adults are 7 hours a day.
