Grattitude, Happiness, Happy, Happy Live, Self Improvement

How to Find Happiness in 5 minutes?

General advice that we often hear about how to get happiness is by changing our attitude or habit. It's very precise, but sometimes in certain situations, we need a quick and easy way to immediately elevate our mentality from the downturn.

The good news is there are simple methods that can instantly lift your mental immediately.
Below is a list of methods on how you can find happiness in just 5 minutes, following an explanation of how each of these methods works.

Few tips before you read any further: If you just read and then nod-nod in agreement, you will not get to experience anything. I strongly encourage you to practice it. No hard and believe you will get something out of the method.

1. Write a list of thanks

"Gratitude is the key to a happy life, because if we are not grateful, then no matter how we have, we are not going to be happy - because we always want something else or something more steadily."
- David Steindl Rast -

We often do not realize how many things we can actually grateful. I give you an example a little to lure your brain: you can eat 3 times a day, you can finish your work, you can return home safely, you can play around with your child, you can take a walk with friends, you can listen to your favorite songs, you are in good health, and many others. A study says that people whose lives are filled with gratitude suffered no significant health problems and feel much better life overall. They even made positive progress on the achievement of important goals in their lives.

These simple exercises 5 minutes I believe, can change your life:

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- Take a pen.
- Take a piece of paper.
- Rewind your brain since you woke up this morning to write to you at this time.
- Write down 5 things you are grateful for in your life.
- Perform 5 minutes every day to get the benefits permanent.

2. Celebrate the release of flavor you shackled

"Happiness always looks small if you just hold it in your hands, but if you remove it, you will learn how great and precious such happiness."
- Maxim Gorky -

I will give a few illustrations: one of the things that make us feel happy is when we have just recovered from illness. After a long time, we lay on the bed plus appetite is not good, finally, we can be happy because we can move back to normal.

Okay, the next exercise will create a mood that is similar to the above events.

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- Connect the alarm to go off in 5 minutes.
- Close your eyes in a circle with a piece of cloth.
- Perform your routine activities as far as you can.
- When the alarm sounds, open the lid of your eye.

3. Stretch your muscles

"Moving is a medicine to make changes to the physical, emotional and mental."
- Carol Welch -

People who practice yoga have proven that they have feelings and body condition is much better, even if the session they did quite short. Yoga is not the consumption of most people and it takes a strong commitment to do so. You can replace it with stretching movements simple. I used to do, especially after a long sitting in front of a laptop. After doing stretches, I am feeling better.

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- Rotate your head slowly clockwise, then counter-clockwise.
- Swing your left and right-hand circular toward the front, then towards the back.
- Rotate your waist. Make a clockwise, then counterclockwise.
- Squat position straightened left leg to the side. Do the same with the right foot.

4. Take a deep breath

"Breathe and the Lord will approach you. Hold your breath and God remains with you. Exhale then you will draw closer to God. Keep blowing and surrender to God. "
- Krishnamacharya -

Do you have a deep breath or shallow? Most people have a shallow breath. To find out try to do the following test:
Put your palms on your lower abdomen and take a deep breath / in. If you get into the belly when you breathe in, then you are categorized as a shallow breath. If instead of your stomach is pushed out, then you have a deep breath.
Not a problem you have deep or shallow breaths, do the things below.

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- Inhale for 4 counts (seconds).
- Hold the breath for 16 counts.
- Exhale slowly for 8 counts.
- Do this 10 times.

5. Feel your heart rate.

"Happiness vibrate with each beat of the heart."
- Emily Logan Decens -

You may have heard the advice: be happy, because you live! We all know that we are indeed living, yet we often sparse 'feel' that we live. The quickest way to realize that your life is to feel the flow of blood through your jugular vein.

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- 2-3 Put your finger on the inside of your wrist.
- Feel the flow of blood that flows in each heartbeat.
- Count the number of heartbeats per minute if necessary.
- Think about what your life purpose.

6. Recall your hand trip

The study found that when you make an effort to recall the events in your life, then your memory will work for you and will find happiness in these events.

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- Open up the palm of your hand and see.
- Remember what your hands are already doing all your life.
- Relive the moment as detailed as possible when you managed to remember it.

7. Remain in silence

"Happiness is like a butterfly, which when you are trying to reach it, he would be getting away from your reach. However, when you sit quietly, he will come to you. "
- Nathaniel Hawthorne -

Silence offers hidden treasures that only a few people can access it. Many people do not have such access is not because they do not know how, but more in the direction, they do not really take the time to remain silent. Silence may be very uncomfortable at the first time because you have grown accustomed to the sounds around you all the time.
I remember back in one of my favorite songs: The Sound of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel. For those of you who want to listen can click here.

How to find happiness in 5 minutes:
- Turn off the TV and other devices that emit sound.
- Install the alarm for 5 minutes.
- Sit back and listen to the sound of silence.
- Feel your ears when listening to the sound of silence.

Dear readers, hopefully, seven ways above is useful and can motivate you.
