Activities streets contain two major components in improving the quality of our lives, namely exercise and get closer to nature. Exercising will make us happy and filled with positive feelings. So, today you wear sports shoes and enjoy a walk around the compound or to a nearby park.
Starting and ending your day with thanksgiving I am sure will make your stay cheerful and positive. Just need a little time to do it, but will have a great impact on your life, today and in the future. Enjoy your day and be grateful for all the beautiful things around you.
Time is a very precious thing for everyone. Often we hear people say that they do not have enough time and "if" they have more time. However, when they wake up the next day they still have the same time as yesterday, 24 hours.
My point here is, fill your time more meaningful. Make every moment means not only for yourself but also for people in need, the people you love. Maybe you take the time to read the story for your beloved daughter before bed, you might take the time each week to walk with your family, or maybe you take the time to follow the activities of charitable / social.
Giving your time to improve the quality of life of others, will automatically improve your life personally. The result you will smile more and more positive.
Trying something new will make life more exciting. Don’t be far away, we start only from the taste. Try to enjoy the new dishes. When the next time you are thinking of visiting your favorite restaurant, sitting in your favorite chair, and ordered regular dishes you order, try to think back. Go to a new restaurant and order a unique food menu. It is the same when I first tasted catfish and it tastes good. Whereas before I was so amusement when I viewed a catfish. :)
There are many new things that you can do in life, like a new hobby, a new collection, new books, and even a new way to return to the house of your (taxi, bus, bicycle, etc.). Try to do something new every week, and after one year later you will have 52 ways to keep you smiling and positive.
This is the most important of all. Commit to spending some time at least 1 hour for your self-improvement is something that is very important to the quality of your life, like air for your lungs. If you are not growing, then you are not going to move towards your tremendous potential. If you can not find your tremendous potential, then how you can achieve what you want in life? Success is not a fortune, but it is achieved through a commitment and dedication to yourself, your personal development and your determination to achieve the things you want.
Starting today, take your time at least 1 hour to develop yourself. See, hear and read books, stories, blogs, CD and DVD motivation. Fill your mind with positive things and look forward change in your self. Imagine a week, you thrive of at least 7 times, 30 times in a month and 365 times a year! Wow, amazing!!!
Before I end this post, I want to tell you a little about something that I get when I attended the seminar Mr. James Gwee first and incidentally still stuck in my brain until today. What I will tell you this is related to point number 11.
Mr.James said by that time, the average person spends 99% of his money to meet the needs of the human body from the neck down, like to eat, drink, buy new clothes, new shoes, etc. Only 1% they spend for the intake of the brain such as books, songs or cd-cd motivation. Whereas 99% is the brain that determines a person's success!
Messages Mr.James the time, do not be stingy or feel a loss if you spend your money to get things that are positive.

The life we've been through is not a smooth ride, there was a time we were down and there was a time we were on top. Some fluctuations in the feeling that we experienced so quickly and sharply.

1. Change Your Desktop Wallpaper
When this computer is no longer a rare and has become a daily necessity. It seems we can't live without sitting in front of a computer. So why do not you change your computer's wallpaper with a positive or funny pictures that will motivate or make you laugh every time you open your computer. I'm sure your day will be much more cheerful.
2. Laugh Hard-hard
Give yourself permission to laugh out loud. It's not like the life of a princess; where they are a bit stifle a laugh as she covered her mouth with one hand. From this time, release your laughter. Laughter is the best medicine and of course guarantees your appearance remained positive and cheerful.
3. Find New Positive Friends
Cheerfulness and positive energy is something that is contagious. Surround yourself with people who always think positive in every situation, would you still keep the positive energy flowing out. Positive people also have the habit of always smiling. The more smiles, more cheerful life! :)
4. Gardening .... Why not??

I just finished reading a book called Keys to Positive Thinking. The book of Napoleon Hill and Michael J. Ritt, Jr. In my opinion, this book is one of the positive extraordinary books.
In this blog post, I will fill it with a summary of what I read in such as a great book.

Okay, here's 9 Steps to a Positive Mental Attitude:
Step 1: Master Your Mind with Full Confidence
There is only one path to a positive mental attitude: You must control your mind with confidence. Our mind is the greatest miracle in the universe.
Everyone has an amazing treasure trove that is the brain and nerves. All the normal people in principle inherited the power to achieve everything that has been achieved by someone else or trying to achieve something else. We have the power to direct the spirit, emotions, instincts, tendencies, feelings, moods, attitudes and behavior towards an end result. It's up to you how to use all of this.
To counter all the negative things, affirm always like this:
"My mind is mine, I will control it!"
Step 2: Set Your Mind on What You Want and get rid of what you do not want
Most of the way we thought it would be replaced by the words, but the motivational deepest thoughts usually in the form of images, not words. If an idea appears, usually in the form of an image, not as a series of sentences that are running in our heads. The image is a way of thinking of the earliest and most powerful.

Step 7: Give Positive Suggestions In Yourself
The suggestion is certain stimuli are transmitted to the brain through your five senses: sight, hearing, taste, touch or smell. Everything is a road used for external elements to affect our lives every day. During this process, we can control, an effort so that what is included in the five senses is something useful and gives happiness. Take things that are beautiful only.
Step 8: Use the Power of Prayer
When you pray, believe in what you ask for. In every storm, your soul will get the protection of a prayer.
Step 9: Set Goals
Setting goals is one way to keep our thoughts on things we want, and stay away from things we do not want.

I get this article from a colleague a few years ago. Yes, it's been a long time, and I found this article unintentionally when I'm clean up the files on my notebook.

Case 1

I am sure you have often read articles about things you should do to have a positive life, such as exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, read books, meditation, and much more. But what about the things you should not do? Below you will find five things I suggest you do not do:
1. Don't Make Bad Loans
Before I explain what a bad loan, I will first explain about the good loans.
A good loan is when you use it to invest that will add value, such as loans for education or loans to businesses. Loans for a good education because education will increase your ability. Loans to businesses either because if the loan is managed correctly, your business will generate turnover and profit are good for you too.
